【Course Objectives】

Students will learn the fundamentals of corporate finance and how to measure corporate valuation.

【Course Contents】

This is a course focusing on corporate finance, one of the five main areas of finance, along with investments, financial institutions, international finance, and Fintech. The course discusses the fundamentals of corporate finance, including an overview of corporate finance, financial statements, time value of money, and valuation principles.
