Students will learn the fundamentals of corporate finance and how to measure corporate valuation.
This is a course focusing on corporate finance, one of the five main areas of finance, along with investments, financial institutions, international finance, and Fintech. The course discusses the fundamentals of corporate finance, including an overview of corporate finance, financial statements, time value of money, and valuation principles.

| In the class, students will be actively asked questions, so a proactive attitude is expected. This is a part of "Participation and Discussion" evaluation (10%). Active learning will be adopted. |
Students shall assume that a regular homework/assignment will be given. This is a part of the "Homework Assignments" evaluation (20%). Students are also expected to read the relevant materials before each class.
