KA316労働経済特論２と合同授業 |
In this course, we will discuss and deepen our understanding of the framework of labor-management relations in response to globalization. This course aims to provide students with more advanced knowledge and skills than the first semester.
In the contemporary globalized business environment, there has been a growing call for enhanced international solidarity among trade unions. However, many Japanese trade unions remain predominantly active at the national level. This lecture will address the implications of the discrepancy between the globalization of companies and the nationalistic activities of trade unions. We will then consider cases of social regulation of multinational companies and the expansion of trade union networks, focusing on Europe, and examine how labor-management relations should be in response to globalization.

In this course, we will discuss and deepen our understanding of the framework of labor-management relations in response to globalization. This course aims to provide students with more advanced knowledge and skills than the first semester.
経営のグローバル化が進展する一方で，労働組合による国際連帯の強化が叫ばれて久しいが，日本の多くの労働組合は，未だ一国的な活動にとどまっている。本講義では，企業のグローバル化と労働組合の一国的運動という労使間のズレが何をもたらすのか，議論する。そのうえで，欧州を中心に，多国籍企業に対する社会的規制や労働組合のネットワークの拡大のケースを考察し，グローバル化に対応した労使関係のあり方を検討したい。
