KA405管理会計特論１と合同授業 |
After reviewing the basic discussion of accounting methods that are useful for managerial decision-making and performance management, students will read more advanced literature on management accounting and cases of Japanese companies, and be able to think for themselves about the design and use of appropriate management accounting systems. There will also be a focus on the impact of management accounting on human behavior and psychology.
This course will provide a lecture on management accounting and ask questions to students to deepen their understanding of the basics and lecture content. In addition, the course will include readings of literature on recent discussions, and case studies.

経営管理者の意思決定や業績管理に有用な会計手法についての基礎的な議論を確認したうえで、発展的な内容や日本企業の管理会計の事例などに関する文献を読み、適切な管理会計システムの設計・利用について自身で考えられるようになる。管理会計が人の行動や心理に与える影響にも焦点を当てる。
After reviewing the basic discussion of accounting methods that are useful for managerial decision-making and performance management, students will read more advanced literature on management accounting and cases of Japanese companies, and be able to think for themselves about the design and use of appropriate management accounting systems. 管理会計の講義を行い、基礎的内容や講義内容に関する理解を深めるため、受講生への質問を行う。それに加えて、伝統的なトピックの最近の議論や事例研究などに関する文献を輪読する。教育用の架空の企業の事例を含める可能性がある。
