前期課程「科学技術社会論」と合同授業． |
The purpose of this lecture is to learn the basic concepts of STS (Science, Technology and Society/Science and Technology Studies) in relation to your own research theme.
The course consist of lectures and readings of basic literature on STS. Depending on the number of students, the first few lectures will be an overview of STS. Then, basic literature on STS will be read in the remaining few sessions. (assignments will be decided upon at the orientation). Although the course is called "science and technology," no prior knowledge of natural science or engineering is required.

科学技術と社会に関する講義と基本文献の講読を行う。受講者数にもよるが、最初の数回程度は、科学技術社会論の概略を講義し、その上で、残りを基本文献の輪読にあてる予定（文献についてはオリエンテーションの折に相談して決める）。なお、科学技術と銘打っているが、自然科学・工学に関する予備知識は必要としないので、気楽に受講してください。
