The purpose of this class is to acquire the basics of research ethics, essay writing methods, and research methods related to legal research. Students will perform tasks that serve as the starting point for research in order to write academic papers.
Students will learn about research ethics, literature search methods, and paper writing methods that they should know before conducting future research. In addition, by reading precedents (Supreme Court precedents and lower court precedents), commentary on precedents, and excellent articles in the field of law, students will deepen their understanding of legal research methods. The specific content of the class will be finalized after taking into account the number of participants, their field of expertise, etc.

法学研究に関して、研究倫理、論文執筆法、研究方法の基本を身につける。学術論文執筆のための研究の出発点になる作業を行う。
The purpose of this class is to acquire the basics of research ethics, essay writing methods, and research methods related to legal research. Students will perform tasks that serve as the starting point for research in order to write academic papers.
今後の研究を遂行するうえで予め知っておくべき研究倫理、文献探索法、論文執筆法について学ぶ。また、判例（最高裁判例と下級審裁判例）、判例評釈、法学分野の優れた論文を輪読することで、法学の研究方法について理解を深める。授業の具体的内容については、受講者の数、専門分野等を勘案し、最終的に決定する。
