The aim of this course is to understand the characteristics of tourist behavior and tourism psychology and their attendant research methods from various perspectives.
In this course, students are expected to study the basic principles of tourist behavior on various scales, and be individually engaged in studying research themes related to tourist behavior. This course deals with the principal theories in the research on tourist behavior and the tourism planning based on them. This course welcomes students if they are interested in the research in this area.

◆研究論文や調査報告書等をはじめとする情報源にあたり、観光行動／観光者心理の研究領域について具体的にどのような関心をもっているかを明確化しておくこと。
◆自身がとりくんでいる研究テーマや関心を寄せている観光現象について、旅行者の視点からとらえ直してみる機会としても本講座を活用してほしい。

受講生の関心領域の把握および課題発表スケジュール決定のため，第１回講義には必ず出席すること。
本科目は、観光行動および観光者心理にみられる特性とその具体的な調査分析手法について多角的に理解することをねらいとしている。
The aim of this course is to understand the characteristics of tourist behavior and tourism psychology and their attendant research methods from various perspectives.
本科目では、観光行動の基本的原理や様々なスケールの観光行動、ならびに観光者心理に関する調査研究論文を講読するとともに、受講生が個別に調査テーマを設定して課題にとりくむ。
観光行動や観光者心理、ならびにそれらをふまえた観光計画の研究に関する原論的な内容を扱うので、とくにこの領域の研究にとりくもうと考えている学生に受講を勧めたい。
