This class has two objectives. ① Furnish sufficient understanding of the purpose, meaning, and methods of psychological assessments, the ethics surrounding them, and the further development of the above to function as a certified public psychologist or clinical psychologist. ② Train students to conduct assessments and provide feedback smoothly and appropriately, and to be able to link assessments with the psychological support provided to clients.
To achieve the objectives of this class, students will learn the practicalities of clinical psychological assessments by examining actual cases while directly experiencing personality inventories and cognitive function tests from the viewpoint of their application in clinical psychological interviews.

臨床心理査定を進めるためには，検査実施や所見作成の経験が必要とされる。これは授業時ばかりでなく，授業時間外の練習が欠かせない。また、そのために、自分自身が心理検査を体験することが重要である。その体験にもとづいて，事例の検討を行う。

臨床心理査定演習２は，臨床心理士資格関連科目ではあるが，公認心理師資格関連科目ではない。
取り上げる検査内容や事例は，受講者の学修状況等により適宜調整を行う。なお，事例検討の際には，グループ討議と発表を行う。
この授業の目標は次の２つである。１つは，臨床心理士ないし公認心理師が行う心理支援活動に必要な心理的アセスメントの目的や意義，方法，倫理，その観点・展開について十分に理解することである。もう１つは，その適切かつ円滑な実施およびフィードバックができ，心理支援を要するクライエントの支援に結びつけることができるようになることである。

授業の目標を達成するために，臨床心理査定を臨床心理面接につなぐという観点から人格検査や認知機能検査に直接触れながら，事例検討を通じて臨床心理査定の実践についても学ぶ。
