Participants will gain competence in conducting research that has value in the field of clinical psychology. The aims of the class are to deepen participants’ interest in unanswered questions and to foster the basic skills required to conduct research that makes contributions to the field.
In this class, students will further develop research topics grounded in issues that contribute to the practice and application of clinical psychology. Each student will review relevant domestic and international previous studies based on their own research topic and conduct highly original research. Guidance will be provided on formulating research questions and research objectives so that the studies are both clinically meaningful and innovative. Instruction will also be offered on ethical considerations in research planning, data and material collection, and thesis writing, as well as advice on all aspects of research implementation.

臨床心理学の実践や応用に資する問題関心を研究テーマとして深化させる。各自の研究テーマに基づき、国内外の先行研究を検討し、高い独自性を備えた研究を実施する。リサーチクエスチョンや研究目的について、臨床的意義が高く独創的な研究となるよう助言を行う。研究計画、資料収集、および論文執筆における倫理的配慮について指導を行い、研究の実施全般に関しても助言を行う。
