We solve the women's problem based on gender discrimination, and examine future prospects from the perspective of “social welfare and gender”, while clarifying the changes in roles and functions of social welfare.
We try to understand the analytical concept of gender. The emphasis will be on cultivating the ability to understand social welfare issues, especially women's welfare issues.

本講義では、文献・論文購読、受講生によるプレゼンテーションを通して、研究力の向上をめざす。
性差別を基底とした女性問題の解決に向け，社会福祉の役割・機能の変遷を解明しつつ，「社会福祉とジェンダー」の視角から今後の展望を検討する。

ジェンダーという分析概念を理解すること，および，それによって社会福祉に関わる諸問題，とりわけ女性をめぐる福祉課題を読み解く力を養うことに重点をおく。
