Learn about the five tiers of program evaluation (needs evaluation, theory evaluation, process evaluation, impact evaluation, and efficiency evaluation).
Be able to conduct a simple evaluation for each tier.

プログラム評価の概要をについて学ぶ。
プログラム評価の五階層（ニーズ評価、セオリー評価、プロセス評価、インパクト評価、効率性評価）について知る。
それぞれの階層ごとに簡単な評価ができるようになる。
