This special lecture is entitled ``Practical Management (Series 2)'' (Practical Management 2) ~Design Thinking for the Future~ and is positioned as a sequel to Business Design Special Lecture 1A.
By learning various management theories at business school and deepening your research, you will gradually be able to develop your own decision-making criteria.
However, no matter how much theory you learn, it will never be the right answer when faced with future possibilities and uncertainties. One of the purposes of business is to explore possibilities for the future, which becomes a challenge, serves the world, and returns as fruit.
In this class, students will learn about future design thinking by focusing on the future, touching on the ideas and theories that form that world, and engaging in dialogue between graduate students. We will also try to learn from the past and make innovations by touching on the theories of our predecessors. Through these studies, graduate students will be able to expand their temporal and spatial axes and improve their perspective.
This curriculum structure is suitable for those who wish to take part in trial learning and make use of what they have learned in each class of this graduate school (we will make the content understandable even for beginners).
The content of each class is learned through dialogue between graduate students while touching on theories (you can just skim through the textbooks). Although classical theory is included, students will learn to explore the future from the classics.

This class will deepen the connection between the business management subjects studied at the graduate school and future practice, and provide an opportunity to reaffirm the importance of learning that connects theory and practice.

本科目は、5年以上の実務経験を有する実務家教員による授業であり、全授業回数の50％以上がディスカッションなど双方向形式の授業によって運営されます。
本特講は、『プラクティカル・マネジメント(シリーズ2)』(実践の経営2)～マネジメント実践と経営理論の架け橋～と題して、ビジネスデザイン特講1Aの続編として位置づけます。
ビジネススクールにおいて様々な経営理論を学び、研究を深めることによって、自分自身の中に意思決定の判断基準を持つことが次第にできるようになります。
しかし、どれだけ理論を学んだとしても、未来への可能性、不確実性を前にすると正解にはなりえません。ビジネスの目的の一つには、未来への可能性を探る活動があり、それがチャレンジとなり、世の中の役に立てば、結実としてのリターンを得られることになります。
本授業は、時間軸を未来に据えて、その世界を形成する考え方や理論に触れ、また院生同士での対話をすることで、未来デザイン思考を学びます。また、先人の理論にも触れながら、温故知新も試みます。これらの学びを通して経営で物事を見る時間軸と空間軸が拡がり、視座が高まるでしょう。
本研究科の各授業において学んだことを活かすために、試行学習を志す方に叶うカリキュラム構成です(学習初歩者でも理解できる内容にして参ります)。

授業の内容は、毎回、理論に触れ(テキスト文献は必ず講読。ざっと読むだけでも可)ながら院生同士で対話をしながら学びます。古典的な理論も含まれますが、古典から未来を探る学びをします。
