The aim is to acquire the ability to understand the relationship between agriculture and the food industry from a "food system" approach, and to improve the skills for setting a topic for writing a master's thesis, formulating a research plan, and conducting research actually.
Students will review previous research or related business cases in line with their own interest. Based on this, we will proceed with writing papers with an emphasis on novelty and originality, as well as discussing and creating a business plan.

農業および食品産業との関連性を「フードシステム」の視点で理解する能力を身につけて，さらに修士論文の作成に向けた課題設定と研究計画の立案，調査研究のためのスキル向上を目指す。
The aim is to acquire the ability to understand the relationship between agriculture and the food industry from a "food system" approach, and to improve the skills for setting a topic for writing a master's thesis, formulating a research plan, and conducting research actually.
履修者は，各自の問題意識にそった先行研究，または関連するビジネスの先行事例のレビューを行う。その上で，新規性とオリジナリティを意識した論文作成，ビジネスプランに向けた議論，作成を進める。
