In this course, students will define their research topics according to their individual interests and professional challenges and acquire theoretical knowledge and research methodologies. The course aims to enable students to deepen their research and to develop the knowledge and capabilities necessary for academic writing and thesis completion.
In this course, students will identify research topics that align with their personal interests and contribute to their business practice. They will then learn the research process in an efficient, systematic, and practical manner. After defining their research themes, students will proceed through the following stages:
1. Reviewing relevant prior literature
2. Formulating research questions and hypotheses
3. Conducting empirical research, such as in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys, based on hypotheses
4. Understanding statistical analysis methods
5. Analyzing research findings and deriving new insights through discussion
6. Structuring and writing academic arguments in a logical manner
Through these steps, students will ultimately develop the knowledge and skills required to complete a master’s thesis.

本科目では、全授業回数の50％以上がディスカッションなど双方向形式の授業によって運営されます。
本講座は履修生がそれぞれの興味や業務課題に従って研究テーマを設定し，理論的な知識や研究手法を身に付ける．そして，履修生がより深く研究し，論文執筆に向けた知識と能力を身に付けることを目的とする．

本講座では，あなた自身が興味関心をもちあなたのビジネスに役立つ研究テーマを探します．そのうえで，研究としてのプロセスを効率的・体系的・実践的に学びます．研究テーマを設定した上で，
（1）関連する先行研究をレビューする，
（2）リサーチクエスチョンおよび仮説を立てる，
（3）仮説に基づいて，デプスインタビューやアンケート調査などを行う，
（4）統計分析手法を理解する
（5）調査を分析して議論のうえで新たな知見を見出す，
（6）論理的に文章を組み立てる，
という6つを目標が達成できるように進めます．結果として，修士論文執筆に繋げます．
