The purpose of CSR 2 is to learn the viewpoints and strategies of the relationship between companies and society that are necessary for decision-making in current corporate management.
In Corporate Social Responsibility 2 (CSR 2), students learn (1) what sociality is currently being asked of companies; (2) CSR's background; (3) about action guidelines and guidelines of companies around the world; and (4) about examples of CSR initiatives. Students also consider how to balance the economic and social aspects of a company, along with the SDGs and ESG concepts.This is essentially about learning corporate strategy—an area that is difficult to replace with AI.

【系統的履修】「CSR1」と「CSR2」を併せて履修することが望ましい。
MBAでは、経営数値の把握や戦略のテクニックはもちろんのこと、ガバナンスやフィロソフィーの学びも重要です。社会における企業の存在意義を議論しましょう。
本科目は、5年以上の実務経験を有する実務家教員による授業であり、全授業回数の50％以上がディスカッションなど双方向形式の授業によって運営されます。
現在の企業経営における意思決定に必要な、企業と社会の関係の視座や戦略を学ぶことを目標とする。

「CSR 2」では、今、企業に問われている社会性とは何か、その背景、そして世界の企業の行動指針やガイドライン、CSRの取り組み事例を学ぶ。SDGsやESG概念と共に、企業の経済性と社会性のバランスのとり方について考える。これは企業の経営戦略を学ぶことでもあり、AIには代替されにくい領域でもある。
