The objectives of this course are as follows:
1.To develop an understanding of key concepts and foundational theories related to career design.
2.To cultivate the ability to formulate your own perspective on major themes in career design.
3.To deepen self-understanding and acquire practical knowledge of career development, enabling students to engage in self-directed career development and to identify their own distinctive career directions.
Self-directed career development constitutes a significant challenge for professionals, and ongoing technological advances, including developments in artificial intelligence, have further intensified its complexity. Career-related concerns often persist alongside daily work, as individuals are required to navigate multiple perspectives and consider the substantial implications for both professional and personal life. Consequently, structuring one’s thinking can be difficult, at times resulting in repetitive or circular patterns of reflection.
To reflect on these issues, develop informed perspectives, and identify meaningful directions, an understanding of foundational theories and relevant social contexts is essential. In addition, engaging in dialogue with others provides opportunities to encounter diverse experiences and perspectives, supporting the refinement and integration of one’s own thinking. This course aims to foster an understanding of the fundamental concepts and theories related to career design, while also examining key themes, deepening analytical insight, and developing a foundational understanding of future directions in career development.

本科目は、5年以上の実務経験を有する実務家教員による授業であり、全授業回数の50％以上がディスカッションなど双方向形式の授業によって運営されます。
以下を当授業の達成目標とする。
1.キャリアデザインに関わる主要な概念や基礎理論について理解する。
2.キャリアデザインに関わる主要テーマについて、自らの見解を持てるようになる。
3.キャリア形成について自立的に考え、自分らしいキャリアの方向性を見出すことができるよう、自己理解を深めると共に、キャリア形成に関する実践的知見を身に付ける。

自律的キャリア形成は社会人にとって大きな課題であり、AIなどのテクノロジーの進化はその課題をますます複雑化させている。仕事をしながらも、常に頭の中の多くを占める悩みとなっていることが多いものである。考えるべき観点が多様にあり、仕事のみならずプライベートも大きく関係してくるため、思考を整理することが難しく、堂々巡りを繰り返すことになりかねない。
あることについて悩み、考え、一定の方向性を見出すためには、基礎理論や社会状況などの知識が必要であり、また、他者との対話により多様な経験や考え方を吸収すると共に、自らの考えを収斂させることが有効である。当授業では、キャリアデザインに関わる基礎概念や基本理論についての理解を促すと共に、主要なテーマに関して議論し、見識を深め、今後の方向性について一定の知見を生成することを目指す。
