This course offers a comprehensive view of growth strategies from a small local business to a large or listed company. Students will learn an entire process of growing organization.
Students will learn the insights and tools to bridge the gap between rationally developed strategies and real-life implementation. Also, students will be offered insights on how to manage people during the growing process. We will invite some guest speakers to understand real-world innovation challenges.

この授業では、地方の中小企業が大企業、または上場企業に成長する戦略について学ぶ。学生は組織が成長するプロセスを修得する。
This course offers a comprehensive view of growth strategies from a small local business to a large or listed company. Students will learn an entire process of growing organization.
この事業では、合理的に考えられた戦略と実際の経営との間にある様々な困難を乗り越えるための洞察力や分析手段を学ぶ。そして企業が成長する段階で、どのように人材を活かしていくかを学ぶ。実際のイノベーション事例を理解するために、ゲストスピーカーを招聘する。
