This course provides an easy-to-understand, point-by-point study of the seemingly esoteric structure of real estate funds.
We will look at how each of the four entities - investors, real estate, tenants, and asset management companies - is involved in the structure of a "real estate fund.
Real estate funds are embedded in our daily lives in more ways than we can imagine. Deposits, pensions, insurance premiums, etc. are invested in real estate through real estate funds. The office building where you work, the rental apartment where you live, and the large supermarket where you go shopping are all invested in real estate funds. The real estate fund business is a global business. The real estate business is not limited to the real estate field, but is related to various other fields of business. It is very significant to know about the real estate fund business as useful knowledge for society.Real Estate Business Theory consists of 1 and 2 courses. Although taking both courses in succession will deepen your understanding of real estate funds, a basic understanding of real estate funds can be gained by taking only 1 course.

「投資家」「不動産」「テナント」「資産運用会社」という４つの主体ごとに「不動産ファンド」の構造にどう関与しているかをみる。
This course provides an easy-to-understand, point-by-point study of the seemingly esoteric structure of real estate funds.

不動産ファンドは私たちの日常生活の中に想像以上に組み込まれており、預金や年金、保険料などが不動産ファンドを通じて不動産に投資されています。職場のオフィスビル、生活している賃貸マンション、買い物に行く大型スーパーが不動産ファンドにより投資されていたりするのです。また、不動産ファンドビジネスは世界規模のビジネスです。不動産ビジネスは、不動産分野に限らず、さまざまな分野のビジネスと関わっています。社会に役立つ知識として不動産ファンドビジネスを知ることは大きな意義があります。
不動産ビジネス論は１と２があります。続けて受講することで不動産ビジネスへの理解が深まりますが、１は今回不動産ファンドに特化した内容とします。１だけを履修しても基本的な理解が十分可能です。
