Acquire a comprehensive understanding of core hotel management and operations.
Examine corporate-level and brand-level strategies within hotel companies.
Apply hypothesis-based thinking to business analysis, problem-solving, and strategic proposal formulation.
Develop an understanding of core hotel business subjects, including sales and marketing, revenue management, rooms division, food and beverage (restaurants and banquets), human resources management, managerial accounting, and business plan development.
Learn about real-world hotel operations and business decision-making through guest lectures and off-campus experiential programs.
Through pre-course preparation, a capstone project, and review sessions, analyze business issues, formulate solutions, and propose original ideas.

＊各テーマのエキスパートであるゲストスピーカーを招くことにより、現実のホテルビジネスを学ぶ機会を得る。
＊授業では双方向での議論をおこなう。

本科目は、5年以上の実務経験を有する実務家教員による授業であり、全授業回数の50％以上がディスカッションなど双方向形式の授業によって運営されます。
＊ホテル経営、運営における主要なテーマ、課題について理解する。
＊ホテル経営会社の企業、ブランド戦略について学ぶ。
＊ビジネス上の課題について、仮説思考を用い、解決策を探り、提案力を身につける訓練をする。
