社会デザイン研究科では、教室での対面授業を基本としながら、同時に遠隔地在住の学生の学びを保証するため、オンラインでも受講できる形で授業を行う。なお、履修者全員の了承が取れた場合には、「対面のみ」もしくは「オンラインのみ」で授業を行うこともある。 |
The word “dialogue” has become more widespread in society. But what does it mean to have a dialogue?
How can we talk about ourselves and listen to others better?
In this course, students learn how to commit dialogue in the family, community and workplace by understanding dialogue theoretically based on the narrative approach and practically acquiring various dialogue techniques.
Over the course of three days, this course provides practical training in dialogue through group work, using various dialogue techniques such as philosophical dialogue, reflecting teams, and "tojishakenkyu". There are theoretical explanations of speaking and listening. In addition, experts who open up dialogue in their own fields give lectures.

本授業はグループワークを中心として進むため、講義をただ聞くだけという姿勢では十分な学びは得られない。グループワークに積極的に参加することが望まれる。また自身の経験について語ることが中心となるため、その点も留意すること。
本科目は授業回の全てにおいて、理論等学術的な知見を踏まえつつ、担当教員の実務家としての経験、または研究成果を活かし、教員と学生との双方向の討論を重視した実践的な授業とする。学生には、課題の発表や討論など、授業での積極的な参加を期待する。
対話という言葉が社会的に広がってきた。しかし何をすれば対話したことになるのだろうか？
私たちはどのように自身を語り、また相手の話をよりよく聞くことができるのだろう。
本講義では、ナラティヴ・アプローチをもとに対話について理論的に理解し、さまざまな対話技法を実践的に身につけることで、家族、コミュニティ、職場において対話を展開する術を学んでいく。
