【Course Objectives】

1. Students will learn about qualitative methods for the social sciences.
2. Students will be able to write an argumentative paper.
3. Students will learn strategies and specific skills for clear effective delivery of professional academic presentations.

【Course Contents】

This course focuses on qualitative research methods and the development of skills in addressing the demands of graduate-level work and professional communication. Students will learn how to summarize, synthesize, and evaluate information derived from reading, research, and experience. In this course, students will write a literature review and an argumentative paper and present their research.
