Strive to clarify research themes and methodologies, learn methods for writing academic papers and other basic knowledge and skills required to write master’s theses, and practice academic writing.
Based on the expert knowledge gained from taking courses about communication theory and the fields of research related to it, students will gain a full understanding of the present state, issues and methodologies of previous research conducted inside and outside Japan on themes of their interest, and work toward narrowing down their research themes. In addition, the instructor will give detailed instruction on thesis writing as students present their research in line with their research themes.

修士論文作成に向けて，研究テーマ，研究方法の明確化を図るとともに，論文執筆の方法等，論文作成に必要な基礎知識と能力を身につけ，論文執筆を実践する。
Strive to clarify research themes and methodologies, learn methods for writing academic papers and other basic knowledge and skills required to write master’s theses, and practice academic writing.
コミュニケーション論関連科目ならびにその研究領域に関連する科目の履修によって得られる専門知識を踏まえながら，関心を有するテーマについて内外の先行研究の現状，課題および研究方法を把握し，各自の研究テーマへと集約させていく。さらに，受講者に研究テーマに即した研究発表をしてもらいながら，論文執筆に関する具体的な指導をしていく。
