(1) Students have an interest in the various issues regarding community welfare.
(2) Students can grasp from multiple angles the background and meanings of various phenomena surrounding community welfare.
(3) Students can construct approaches for dealing with the issues of community welfare.
(4) Students will acquire a way of thinking in social welfare studies and be able to discuss community welfare.
(5) Students will be able to acquire academic knowledge of community welfare and will be able to make presentations at academic conferences and write papers.
Students will select a theme regarding the state and issues of community welfare, and we will deepen our understanding of the theme through discussion following a report and problems raised by the student. We will discuss the future shape of community welfare by understanding what community welfare is, the state of developments in the state-of-the-art, and the direction of practice at the community level, in policy and in research.
We would like to share with faculty and students the following: 1) When examining the current situation, an awareness of historical changes is an important foundation, and 2) in community welfare, "participation" and "autonomy" are required, and "welfare education" and "community welfare information" are considered to be requirements for these.

「地域福祉の時代の社会福祉」と「地域福祉」との区別を念頭において検討できることを求めます。
(1) 地域福祉に関わる様々な課題について関心をもつことができる．
(2) 地域福祉を巡る様々な事象の背景と意義を多元的にとらえることができる．
(3) 地域福祉の課題に対するアプローチ方法を構想することができる．
(4) 社会福祉学の思考様式を修得し、地域福祉について論考することができる．
(5) 地域福祉の学術を身につけ学会発表や論文執筆に結びつけることができる．

地域福祉の現状と課題に関わるテーマを各回で設定し、受講生によるレポートと問題提起を受け、ディスカッションを行い、テーマに関する理解を深める．
地域福祉とは何か、先駆的な実践の展開の状況及び国内各地の実践の動向、政策の動向、研究の動向を把握しながら、今後の地域福祉のあり方について検討する．あわせて授業を展開する過程で社会福祉学の学術書を適宜、精読し、社会福祉学の論理的思考の習得を図る．
①現状の検討に際しては史的変遷の認識が重要な基盤になること、②地域福祉においては“参加”“自治”が問われ、その要件に“福祉教育”“地域福祉情報”があると考えられること、を教員と学生とで共有したい．
Students will select a theme regarding the state and issues of community welfare, and we will deepen our understanding of the theme through discussion following a report and problems raised by the student. We will discuss the future shape of community welfare by understanding what community welfare is, the state of developments in the state-of-the-art, and the direction of practice at the community level, in policy and in research.
