The aim is to acquire the higher ability to understand the relationship between agriculture and the food industry from a "food system" approach, and acquire advanced skills for setting subject for writing papers, formulating research plans, and conducting research.
Students will conduct an intensive review of previous research in line with their own interests and subjects. Based on this, they will proceed with setting new and original theme and writing thesis.

農業および食品産業との関連性を「フードシステム」の視点で理解する能力を身につけて，論文作成に向けた課題設定と研究計画の立案，調査研究のための高度な能力を身につける。

履修者は，各自の問題意識にそった先行研究について周到なレビューを行う。その上で，新規性とオリジナリティのある課題設定，論文作成を進める。
