Students will acquire the linguistic and professional skills to interpret from English into Japanese and vice versa, consecutively and simultaneously, in the fields regularly handled by conference interpreters.

They are also exposed to simultaneous interpreting: Fundamental concepts and skills, mechanism for retention, and various techniques for delivery.
