Through learning recent research in perceptual psychology and related fields (cognitive psychology, experimental psychology, cognitive science, developmental science, etc.), students develop their academic skills such as critical inspection of data, giving presentations, and persuasive discussion. Furthermore, students will acquire the ability to serve as discussion facilitators, contributing to the deepening of discussions within the class.
Each student will present their research and engage in discussions related to the latest findings in perceptual psychology and associated fields, such as cognitive psychology, experimental psychology, cognitive science, and developmental science. Following each presentation, all students will collectively discuss and debate the content, offering suggestions for improvements. Through these activities, students deepen their research and prepare for publishing their research findings at domestic and international conferences and in refereed international journals.

知覚心理学およびその関連領域（認知心理学，実験心理学，認知科学，発達科学等）の最新の研究知見に触れ，批判的にデータを検証する視点やプレゼンテーション・ディスカッション能力などのスキルを獲得することを目指す。さらに，ディスカッションのファシリテーターとしての役割を担い，議論を深めることを学ぶ。

知覚心理学およびその関連領域（認知心理学，実験心理学，認知科学，発達科学等）に関する自身の研究内容について，最新の知見と絡めてプレゼンテーション形式で発表を行う。そして，履修者全員で研究内容の改善点や発展案について議論・討論を行う。これらを通じて，研究成果が国内外の学会だけではなく国際査読誌で公表されるよう，研究内容の深化を行う。
