In the field of economics, there are two primary methodologies: microeconomics and macroeconomics. The former concentrates on the economic actions and decisions of individuals, firms, and governments, while the latter examines the economy as a whole. Throughout this course, we shall comprehensively instruct the historical evolution of economic phenomena, principles, and theories, which are essential for comprehending the fundamentals of economics, while giving due consideration to both methodologies.
The objective of this curriculum is to impart students with foundational knowledge of economics. Additionally, the curriculum endeavors to empower students to grasp various micro and macroeconomic phenomena, and to cultivate a cognizance of the diverse economic dilemmas they confront.

経済学には大きく分けて、ミクロとマクロの二つのアプローチがある。前者は経済活動をする個人や会社・政府に注目し、後者は経済全体の動きに注目する。本講義では、経済学の基礎を理解するにあたり、二つのアプローチに目配せしつつ最低限必要な経済活動の歴史的な展開や概念・理論について体系的に教授する。

経済学の基礎知識を身につけることを目的とする。そして、履修者がそれ元にさまざまな経済のミクロとマクロの現象を理解し、経済的な諸課題の当事者としての自覚を持てるようになることを目指す。
The objective of this curriculum is to impart students with foundational knowledge of economics. Additionally, the curriculum endeavors to empower students to grasp various micro and macroeconomic phenomena, and to cultivate a cognizance of the diverse economic dilemmas they confront.

| 2 | 原始・古代社会における経済活動 原始・古代社会では経済活動はどのようなもので、また、どのようにその活動が理解されていたのかを解説する。 |
| 3 | 産業革命に至る経済活動 自由放任主義的な農業社会から、分業を中心とする商業的な社会を経て産業革命に至る過程を追いながら、中世ヨーロッパの経済を解説する。 |
| 4 | 共産主義という妖怪 非人間的な商業社会の現実を背景に調和のある社会像が模索され、やがてマルクス主義思想が生まれる。その過程を解説する。 |
| 5 | 覇権としての保護貿易 自由貿易が国際秩序にも貢献するとした考えが後退し、自国の産業を保護しようとする考えが台頭し帝国主義へと発展する。その過程を解説する。 |
| 6 | 不完全競争と独占的競争 経済資源の最大活用が失敗するときがある。その一つは健全な競争が阻害されるときである。それはどのようにして生じるかを解説する。 |
| 7 | 恐慌による創造的破壊 景気後退はどのようにして起こるのか。そして、それはどのような変化を経済活動にもたらすのかを解説する。 |
| 8 | 大きな政府の経済政策 市場の不確実性から国民の生活を守るために、政府には積極的な活動が求められる中で開発経済が台頭していく。政府と経済の関係を解説する。 |
| 9 | 成長と調和 経済成長とはどのようなことか？部分的均衡と一般均衡の違いを中心に、経済が調和に至る要件について解説する。 |
| 10 | 富の再配分 世界経済における経済格差を指摘した従属理論を解説するとともに、一国内における経済格差の問題と金融政策・財政政策を解説する。 |
| 11 | 投機を牽引する未来予測 経済活動で期待通りの結果を出すには、入手可能な情報すべてを用いた予測が必要である。その予測は為替市場や投機を牽引することを解説する。 |
| 12 | 人間的発展と経済的発展 真の社会的発展は財の生産で測る経済的発展にとどまらず、人間的発展も不可欠である。そこでケイパビリティという考え方を解説する。 |
| 13 | 現実世界における経済活動 現実生活での人びとの意思決定を観察することで「行動経済学」という分野が生まれた。この分野を手がかりに現実世界における経済活動を解説する。 |
| 14 | 経済的な不平等の問題 財政赤字を背景とした緊縮経済政策、社会的的不平等、地球温暖化など、経済活動に関連する諸問題について解説する。 |

（5）小テストは、必要に応じて、次回授業開始にフィードバックを行う。
（6）レポート試験については、「Canvas LMS」上で全体に関して講評する。
（7）進行状況や習得状況に応じて、上記の授業計画内容を多少前後させることがある。
