1. To understand the background, significance, and theories of the use of information and communication technologies.
1) To understand the background, significance, and theory of the use of ICT in education.
(2) To understand the significance and points to keep in mind when utilizing ICT for students with special needs.
(3) To understand how to cooperate with ICT support staff and how to improve the ICT environment. 2.
2) Acquire basic teaching methods to develop students' ability to use information.
(1) Understand the content of information use ability to be cultivated across each subject area.
(2) Understand the examples of teaching information use skills according to the characteristics of each subject, etc., and acquire basic teaching methods.
(3) Acquire practical knowledge of programming.
To acquire basic knowledge and skills on how to effectively use information and communication technology (ICT) in learning instruction (design and support of learning activities and evaluation), how to promote school work, and instructional methods to develop students' ability to use information (including information morality and media literacy).
In particular, the course aims to provide students with the basic concepts and learning theories related to the use of ICT, as well as the knowledge and skills necessary for classroom practice.

1. 情報通信技術の活用の背景・意義・理論を理解する。
1）教育におけるICT活用の背景・意義・理論を理解する。
2）特別の支援を必要とする生徒に対するICT活用の意義と留意点を理解する。
3）ICT支援員などとの連携やICT環境の整備の在り方を理解する。
2. 生徒の情報活用能力を育成するための基礎的な指導法を身に付ける。
1）各教科等で横断的に育成する情報活用能力について、その内容を理解する。
2）情報活用能力について、各教科等の特性に応じた指導事例を理解し、基礎的な指導法を身に付ける。
3）プログラミングについての実践的な知識を身につける。

情報通信技術（ICT）を効果的に活用した学習指導（学習活動のデザインと支援、評価）や校務の推進の在り方、並びに、児童の情報活用能力（情報モラル、メディアリテラシーを含む）を育成するための指導法に関する基礎的な知識・技能を身に付ける。
特に、ICT活用に関する、基本的な考え方と学習理論、及び、授業実践に必要な知識・スキルの修得を目指す。
