The goal of this lecture is for students to discover their own tasks in becoming teachers in the future, and to overcome these tasks by reinforcing their knowledge and skills related to these tasks.
This lecture will mainly deal with the following issues.
(1) A sense of mission, responsibility, and educational love required of a teacher
(2) Social skills and interpersonal skills required of a teacher
(3) Understanding of children and classroom management required of a teacher
(4) Teaching skills in subjects and other areas required of a teacher.
The above will be addressed through role-playing, case studies, exchange of opinions with guest speakers, and group work as appropriate.

本講義では、受講生が、将来、教員になる上で、自己にとって何が課題であるかを自覚し、その課題の箇所についての知識や技能を補い、定着を図ることを目標とする。
The goal of this lecture is for students to discover their own tasks in becoming teachers in the future, and to overcome these tasks by reinforcing their knowledge and skills related to these tasks.
本講義では、主に次の事項について取り扱うものとする。
①教員として求められる使命感や責任感、教育的愛情等に関する事項
②教員として求められる社会性や対人関係能力に関する事項
③教員として求められる児童理解や学級経営等に関する事項
④教員として求められる教科等の指導力に関する事項
以上については、適宜、ロールプーレイング、事例研究、ゲストの現職教員経験者等との意見交換、グループワークなどに取り組む。

本授業は必須の科目である。教育実習等止むを得ない事情以外の欠席及び遅刻のないようにとくに留意すること。なお、教育実習期間等に本授業の日程時程が重なった場合は、定められた形式での必要な届け出を必ずしてほしい。
その他、外部講師の都合等で内容の順番が入れ替わったり変更したりすることがある。第1回目のオリエンテーションの授業で日程内容等確認を必ずすること。また、教育実習等で出席できなかった場合、その回の内容の情報収集を怠らないようにすること。原則、秋学期の教育実習は、一部の人には避け難いので、シラバスの内容通りにならないことがある。したがって、秋学期の教育実習による欠席者に対する補講・別途課題提出等の対応をおこなう場合がある。
