【Course Objectives】

(1) Students will be able to think about what it means that learners' language activities become more active in the classroom.
(2) Students will be able to think about the problems that exist between humans using language or teaching language.
(3) Students will be able to reconsider the teaching materials in the Japanese language class based on the philosophy and ideas learned in the class.

【Course Contents】

In this class, teachers provide the required knowledge to Japanese language teachers, and students acquire the knowledge while utilizing it in group work. In class, we use not only elementary school materials but also junior high and high school materials for comparison, and sometimes use pop culture such as movies. Students who do not aim to obtain a teacher's license can also participate.
