Students will major German literature and cultural studies, search their own research topic to write graduation thesis. They will research materials, give presentations, discuss about their topics and write their thesis in the future.
In the autumn semester, students will both present their individual research projects and read some theoretical texts.
For the individual research project, students will search materials, give a presentation about their own topics and write an essay at the end of semester.
We will also watch films in German and discuss about them.

ドイツ語圏を対象とする文学研究・文化研究に入門し、各自の卒論へとつながるテーマを探し、参加者との討論をおこないながら、資料調査・口頭発表・執筆へと進んでいく。
Students will major German literature and cultural studies, search their own research topic to write graduation thesis. They will research materials, give presentations, discuss about their topics and write their thesis in the future.
各参加者の個人研究と、共通文献購読の二種類の活動を並行して行う。
個人研究については、関心テーマに沿って文献調査を行い、その成果を口頭発表し、レポートにまとめる。テーマ選択は、教員との相談のうえ決定する。
担当教員の研究上の関心領域は主に下記のとおり。
１ ジェンダー表象（文学における女性像／男性像、家族・親族をめぐる表現など）、フェミニズム
２ 東ドイツ（ドイツ民主共和国1949-1990）の文学・映画、東ドイツ崩壊後の問題
３ 歴史的できごとの記憶と想起に関する文学・文化
ゼミ生の研究テーマはこれに縛られる必要はない。
また、ドイツ語動画の視聴や議論を行う。
