Understand the framework and functions of corporations to acquire fundamental knowledge regarding company management and develop an analytical perspective of Japanese business society.
Deepen understanding of the multidimensional aspect of companies from the 5 viewpoints of institutions that provide goods and services, corporations, large companies, Kaisha, and organizations. By understanding these aspects, students also deepen understanding of the framework and function of corporations and study the issues facing Japanese corporations today.

株式会社の仕組みや機能を理解することで，企業経営に関する基礎知識の修得と，日本の企業社会に対する分析視角を養う。
Understand the framework and functions of corporations to acquire fundamental knowledge regarding company management and develop an analytical perspective of Japanese business society.
「財・サービスの提供機関」，「株式会社」，「大企業」，「家」，「組織」の5つの視点から，企業の多面性について理解を深める。株式会社の仕組みや機能について知識を深めつつ，今日の日本の株式会社をめぐる諸問題について検討を行う。
