The objective of this lecture is to understand the basic structure of taxation, and in particular the Corporation Tax Act and the Income Tax Act. This lecture will also look at recent trends, such as the tax system revision debate.
Of the overall taxation system, this lecture will look at the Corporation Tax Act, the Income Tax Act, the Inheritance Tax Act, and the Consumption Tax Act. In addition, the lecture will also touch on the related Act on Special Measures concerning Taxation and actual operations regarding the interpretation and application of tax laws and regulations. The lecture will proceed according to the textbook, lecture notes, and the course outlines distributed in each class.

本講義では、法人税法、所得税法を中心に租税に関する基本的なしくみを理解することを目的とする。講義では、税制改正論議など最近の動向も取り上げる。

租税法体系のうち、法人税法、所得税法、相続税法、消費税法を取り上げる。また、これらに関連する租税特別措置法、並びに法令の解釈・適用に関する実務上の取扱いにも触れる。講義はテキスト、講義ノート、毎回配布するレジュメに沿っておこなう。
