To objective of this course is to address the issues presented by cooperating companies while students become able to link the problems that occur in real society to economics and other academic fields that are studied as special subjects. Another objective of the course is for students to understand the social roles played by cooperating companies and industries and to improve their problem solving ability as a team, meaning the ability to produce results when people with different ideas collaborate. And to foster students' skills for constructive communication and team management is another objective of this class.
Project based learning is used for this class in which students consider solutions for issues presented by cooperating companies from the company and customer perspectives and make a final proposal.
The issues are presented based on specific cases the cooperating companies are actually facing in their business. This makes it possible to understand about the industry, occupation, and operations through the class to provide students with knowledge that is useful for selecting a career path in the future. The students will engage in the work in small teams and give a final presentation.

協力企業から提示される課題に取り組みながら，実社会で起きている問題を，専門科目（経済学等）の学問領域と結びつけて考えられるようになることを目標としています。協力企業による授業の前には、課題解決に必要な力や心構え（study skills=建設的なコミュニケーション力の向上・チーム運営力・全員発揮のリーダーシップ）について知識習得と体験学習を行います。また，協力企業・業界が果たす社会的役割を理解し，「考え方の違う者同士が協働して成果を出す力＝チームで課題解決する力」を高めることも目標としています。

協力企業から提示される課題の解決策を，企業・顧客視点で検討し，最終提案するという課題解決型学習の授業です。
課題は，協力企業が事業として実際に取り組んでいる具体的事案等を元に提示されます。そのため，授業を通じて業界・職業・業務の一端を理解することができ，将来の進路選択にも役立てられる知識も習得できます。
1チーム：4～5人のチーム単位(プロジェクトワーク形式）で課題に取り組むことが,各回授業の中心になるため，チームメンバーが授業外でもコミュニケーションを密にして，チームビルディングを行い，各人が率先してチーム運営する力も養います。

提示課題解決のための提案作成・ワークシート／発表資料作成などについては，以下を必須事項とします。
◆個人／チームとして必要な事前準備（情報収集・整理，議論）と事後学習（不足情報収集・整理，議論，資料修正など）を行うこと（＊基本的に毎回1-2時間程度必要と考えておいてください）。
◆チームメンバー全員が役割を担うこと提示される課題やワークシートに関し，個人・チームとして事前準備（情報収集・整理，議論）並びに事後学習（不足情報収集・発表資料完成など）が必須となります。
◆授業時間外では授業内での活動と同様に，各人のリーダーシップ行動・追加学習・作業は不可欠です。

これまでの授業内容や履修生の様子を資料等で確認できる機会となりますので, 履修を検討している学生は可能な限り参加してください。詳細は立教時間並びに経済学部キャリア教育サイト「STORY」に追って掲示いたします（7月中下旬を予定）。
◆事前レポートによる履修者選抜について◆
事前レポート課題テーマ（検討中）に沿って, word形式（800字以上1,000字以内）で提出が必要となります。

【授業運営について】
・本科目ではビジネスチャットSlackを活用します。（詳細は履修者決定後に連絡します）
・資料配布、課題の提出、リアクションペーパーの記入／提出、授業についての告知／変更事項についてはSlack/Gmailで告知するので, 常にチェックしてください。
・授業中に調べ学習やプレゼンテーションの準備を行うので, 必ず毎回WiFiに接続可能なパソコンを持参してください。図書館やメディアセンターでパソコンを借りる必要がある場合には, 必ず授業が始まる前に借りてきてください。（スマホでの代用は不可。個別の相談は担当教員に直接ご連絡ください）
