The objective of the class is to practice using a personal computer to learn the methods for analyzing economic, financial, and accounting data.
The practice will proceed following the textbook. The aim is to experience a wide range of economic data and learn how to use it effectively. In this course students will use raw data to understand the various analytical methods used in various fields. Through this study students will acquire the ability to perform statistical quantitative analysis.

授業の目標は，パソコンを利用した実習により，経済・財務・会計データを分析する方法を学ぶことである。
The objective of the class is to practice using a personal computer to learn the methods for analyzing economic, financial, and accounting data.
テキストに沿いながら，実習を進めていく。多くの経済データに触れ，その有効活用の方法を学ぶ。各分野で活用されている種々の分析方法を，原データを使って理解することを内容とする。この学習を通じて，統計的な数量分析の力を身に着ける。

1年次入学者で，春学期科目の情報処理入門を単位修得した者は自動登録される。政府統計の総合窓口(e-Stat)、OECD.Stat、日本銀行HP「時系列統計データ検索サイト」といったHPもテキストと併せて利用する。１０回目の講義ではe-Statのログインが必要となる。
