The objective of this course is to use lectures by people from cooperating companies and discussions for students to learn about the diversity and relationships of industries understand the overall structure of the economy. Students will improve their ability to think about things logically and speak up, including giving their own opinions based on the background of the problem and also acquire the skill (facilitation) for holding smooth discussions.
This subject is the foundation for the career education subject (mainly for first and second year students) and in principle the class will be held 3 time for each industry. It is important for students to think on their own about, discuss, and produce team results regarding the presented issues and proactive and engaged participation and contribution are required of all students.

本講義の目標は，協力企業による講義やグループディスカッションを通じて，産業の多様性や関係性について学び，経済構造について理解を深めることです。同時に，論理的に考える能力を養うこと，発言する力を高めること，議論を円滑に進めるスキルを修得することを目標としています。

課題解決演習Aは，キャリア教育科目の基礎編（１年生・２年生を想定）に該当し，原則として産業ごとに各３回の授業で構成されます。協力企業から提示された課題に関し，自ら考え，議論し，チームとして成果を上げることが重要であり，主体的かつ積極的な参加が求められます。

協力企業から提示された課題について，事前準備（情報収集・整理，議論）と事後学習（不足情報収集・整理，議論，資料修正など）を行うことが必要です。授業時間外での主体的な学習が不可欠です。
３年生・４年生の受講者には，参考文献にあげたファシリテーションに関する書籍やビジネス・フレームワークに関する書籍を事前に読むことを希望します。
