【Course Objectives】

a) Students will improve their English reading and listening skills to understand the information on current economic and business-related topics.
b) To achieve the above goals, students will learn English vocabulary and commonly used expressions, including those often found in the TOEFL, IELTS, and TOEIC.
c) Students will improve their English communication skills through English conversation, presentation, and writing activities.
d) Students will develop critical analysis skills through class activities.

【Course Contents】

This course is offered to English beginners to improve their English skills. The class will use news articles, videos, and English test preparation materials to learn English words and expressions. Students will also practice English skills in class discussions, presentation sessions, and accompanied Q&A. This course consists of lectures and class discussions in which students are expected to participate actively. The order of topics may be adjusted to maximize learning outcomes.
