The objective is for students to widen their perspective and acquire the ability to take action while studying language, visiting companies, conducting research work, experiencing homestay, etc., in a different culture in the Southern Hemisphere.

【Course Contents】

In the fall semester class, some flipped classrooms using video materials about Economics and practice introducing yourself in English will be done to prepare students for studying in Sydney. Preparation work for a research project should be accomplished. During the study in Sydney, in the morning students will receive language training for their levels at the University of Sydney, and then in the afternoon, they will visit businesses through introductions by the Sydney Alumni Chapter of Rikkyo Alumni Association and others. In addition, the students will give a presentation on their research projects during the final week. The aim is “to be able to use English.”
