The objective of this seminar is to analyze actual company issues based on economics and business management company theory and for each student to form his or her own opinions about solutions to these problems.
Why do not companies realize the maximum profit from the optimum technological changes? To answer that question, economics looks at the inefficiencies within the organization, and business management looks at the effectiveness of the strategy and organizational structure. The seminar discussion continuously recognizes these two perspectives with the aim of fostering an objective analytical perspective in preparation for solving the diverse issues that face contemporary companies.

本ゼミナールの目標は，経済学および経営学の企業理論をベースに，現実の企業課題について分析を行い，学生一人ひとりがその解決策について独自の見解を持つこと，である。

なぜ，企業は最適な技術変化から最大利潤を実現し得ないのか。経済学的には，それは内部組織の非効率性に目を向けることであり，経営学的には，それは戦略や組織構造の有効性に目を向けることでもある。ゼミナールの議論では，こうした二つの視点を常に意識することで，現代企業が直面する多様な課題解決に向けた，客観的な分析視角の醸成を目指している。
