The objective of this seminar is for participants to acquire skills to analyze the Japanese economy and society with economic theories, histories and statistics, in their own ways.
This seminar examines issues facing Japanese economy using economic theories (among others, Marxist economics). The issues we plan to examine in 2023 are economic inequality and female labor.
The way is as follows: in the fourth period, we will read a textbook that analyzes the Japanese economy with economic theories, and think about what is wrong with the Japanese economy and why. In the fifth period, we will build teams to research economic issues and hold meetings to prepare for workshop events with other universities. And we jointly hold workshop events with other universities several times a year.

本ゼミナールでは、経済の理論と歴史、統計資料を用いて、日本の経済・社会について各自が自分なりに分析できるようになることを目標とします。
The objective of this seminar is for participants to acquire skills to analyze the Japanese economy and society with economic theories, histories and statistics, in their own ways.
本ゼミナールでは、社会経済学（マルクス経済学）を中心とした経済理論を用いて、日本経済の諸問題について分析しています。2023年度は、格差および女性労働というテーマを中心にやる予定です。
具体的なゼミナールの進行としては、まず4限に、経済理論を用いて日本経済を分析する本をテキストとして輪読していくことで、日本経済の諸問題について考えていきます。そして5限は、いくつかのチームに分かれて、チームごとに設定した諸問題について調査報告を作成し、それを他大学との合同ゼミで発表できるように準備を行っていきます。そして、年に数回、他大学との合同ゼミや、ゼミ大会に参加します。

・ゼミは、各自が勉強したり調べたりした事柄について、発表し、他の人の意見を聞いたり議論したりする場です。したがって、当然ですが、発表する事柄については、授業時間外に調べたり準備する必要があります。
・現在のところサブゼミはやっていませんが、他大学との合同ゼミ前には、チーム作業のために授業日以外にも集まって準備しないといけない時があります。
・授業日以外の土日や長期休暇中に、他大学との合同ゼミを行う日があります。
（他大学との合同ゼミは、年に数回行うほか、毎年12月にゼミ大会があります。）
