The main objectives of this course are to repeatedly think about and discuss ① development for proactive and sustainable employability, ② character building, and ③ social independence to deepen one’s own understanding of how to pioneer the career you want.
A further objective is to learn about “the importance of taking the first step toward a future dream or goal” and the “enjoyment of having a fulfilling view of life” without being constrained by your currents situation, such as employment concerns.
During this course students will take the lead in using theory and case studies to deepen their learning and realize new things.
・What is career design? What kind of people will society continue to need (what you should aim to be)? Understanding the methods required for self-understanding formation. And having a problem-solving mindset (thinking methods), etc.
・The class will proceed using active learning, such as individual work, group work (discussions, presentations), and workshops. For this reason, each student is required to proactively contribute to the discussion and engage with the other team members.

本科目では，自らが思い描く「キャリア」を切り拓くために，①主体的かつ持続的な就業力の育成②人間力形成③社会的自立について考え，【履修者同士で】議論を繰り返しながら自分なりの【解】を探求することを大きな目標としています。
また就職をはじめとした目先のことに囚われすぎずに「将来の夢や目標に向かって一歩踏み出す大切さ」や「豊かな人生観を持つ面白さ」について学ぶことも目標としています。

本科目では，以下について学生主体で理論・ケーススタディを用いて学びと気づきを深めていきます。
■期初に目標設定を行い，目標達成に向けた継続的な行動を授業内外で実践。期末には目標達成度合いを評価し、振り返りをじっくり行い、授業終了後の目標設定まで行う。
■キャリアデザインとは何か，社会で必要とされ続ける人材とはどういう人か（目指したい姿），自己理解形成のために必要な方法理解，課題解決思考（思考方法）の習得。
・個人ワーク・グループワーク（ディスカッション・発表）やワークショップを行う等，アクティブラーニングを活用した授業を展開。
※各人の積極的な発言及びリーダーシップの発揮やチームメンバー同士の関わり合いが必須となります。

★授業回によってはワークシート／発表資料作成などを課すことがあるため，以下は必須事項とします。
①授業参加に事前準備（情報収集・整理,インタビュー,発表資料作成など）と事後学習（不足情報の収集・整理，ワークシートの完成など）を行うこと
※目安時間としては，毎回1時間程度必要であると理解しておいてください。
②チーム単位で課題に取り組む際は, メンバー全員が役割を担うこと（授業時間外での打ち合わせ，準備が生じることがあります）。

・投影資料は, 基本的に授業前日には共有します（Blackboard経由）。
・ワークシート作成（個人・チーム単位）, 3－4人グループでのディスカッション／プレゼンテーションなども行います。
※グループワークメンバーは,毎回変わります。テーマによっては複数回同じメンバーで行う場合もありますが、毎回友人同士ではない学生とグループ形成することへご理解とご協力をお願いします。
