Students decide on the topic of their graduation thesis and prepare for writing it.
Students should check the manner of writing social science papers and review the final report submitted at the end of the third year. Those who want to conduct surveys and interviews, or analyze quantitative data, should present their research plan in this class. By the end of this semester, students have to collect materials and literature related to their topic, so they can start writing their graduation thesis. They have to report on the progress of these tasks.

卒業論文にあたって、テーマを設定し、執筆できるような準備を整えること。
Students decide on the topic of their graduation thesis and prepare for writing it.
受講生はまず、社会科学的な論文の書き方の作法について確認する。そのうえで、3年時の最後に出したレポートを再度見直してもらう。もし調査やデータ分析を予定している者は、その計画を立てて、授業時に発表してもらう。また学期末までに、受講生は必要な文献や資料を収集し、整理する。こうした作業の報告を、ゼミの時間で発表する。
