Students will work on writing and completing their graduation theses.
Students will carry out various tasks required to write and complete their graduation theses, including establishing research hypotheses based on their themes, collecting data to test research hypotheses, analyzing survey data, connecting results of survey with relevant sociological theories and previous studies, finalizing structures of graduation theses, and writing. Students are able to improve the quality of graduation thesis through several presentations and discussions in class. The originality of graduation theses depends on uniqueness of its theme, but also on uniqueness of its data. Students are advised not to hold back from collecting original data. Students should actively conduct a survey to collect original data.

卒業論文作成の後半作業として，卒業論文の執筆のための作業を行い，卒業論文を完成する。
Students will work on writing and completing their graduation theses.
卒業論文を執筆，完成するに至るまでの諸作業，すなわち，テーマから設定された仮説を裏付けるデータの収集，データが仮説を支持するものかどうかについての検証，関連する社会学理論や先行研究の知見との関連づけ，目次の確定，執筆などの一連の作業を行う。ゼミ生は，数回のプレゼンテーションとディスカッションを通じて，卒業論文の完成度を高めることを目指してほしい。
卒業論文の独創性はテーマのオリジナリティにあるのはもちろん，データのオリジナリティにもある。オリジナル・データを集める努力を惜しまず，必要なデータの収集に適した調査に積極的に取り組むことを卒論作成者に勧めたい。
