・Deepen consideration by relating what you have learned to phenomena occurring in society.
In this course, students will read and discuss about the common textbooks and books on "medical" information and communication. We will consider stigma and doctor-patient communication.

・文献を読解する力、プレゼンテーションの方法、ディスカッションの仕方の基本を習得する
・学習した内容と社会で起きている事象を関連づけて考察を深める

前半はメディア社会学科の共通教材を扱い、後半は「医療」をめぐる情報・コミュニケーションに関する文献を取り上げ、輪読とディスカッションをする。スティグマ、医師・患者のコミュニケーションなどについて考える。
