This course provides the opportunity to reconsider the media as diffusion and use of technologies in everyday life.
This course aims to reconsider the diffusion and use of media from the viewpoint of the meaning of technologies in terms of practice in everyday life rather than arguing the recent development of media and technologies such as artificial intelligence,internet of things and digital formations in terms of the social impact of science.
Students will be provided with the opportunities to learn how sociology approaches to the issue such as information practice, actor networking of media and mobilities as meida , in accordance with anthropology and other fields.

日常生活におけるテクノロジーの普及・利用としてメディアをとらえ直すことを目的とする。
This course provides the opportunity to reconsider the media as diffusion and use of technologies in everyday life.
近年におけるメディア・テクノロジーの展開が、デジタル化（DX:digital transformation)インターネットにつながったモノ（IoT：internet of things)や、人工知能(ＡＩ：artificial intelligence)などについて、人間の社会に与える科学の影響として議論されて来たのに対して、この授業では衣食住にわたる日常生活におけるさまざまな実践についてテクノロジーが持つ意味を考察しながら、これまでの社会に普及したものを含めて、メディアの利用や普及をとらえ直すことを目的とする。
メディアの日常的な利用状況（情報行動）のほかに、アクターとしてのメディアのネットワーク的な展開、メディアとしての移動（モビリティーズ）などの具体的な論点について、社会学が人類学などの周辺領域と進めたアプローチの仕方を紹介する機会としたい。

口頭での応答のほか、提出課題のコメントなども、実名によるコミュニケーションを重視したい。そのため、原則として初回から最後まで対面形式を継続する予定である。オンラインに切り替える場合は指示によってGoogle Meetを使用するが、リアルタイムで対面と混合するような形式（ミックス型）は取らない。
