Students will think about media itself and its industrial aspects, and deepen their understanding of the social significance of media.
After considering what media is, the social role of media, how individuals and media interact and use, the overall picture of the media industry, the current state of each media, war and media, the differences between the Internet and existing media, etc. I want to deepen my understanding by thinking about individual themesIn addition to inviting people who work in the media as guest speakers to give classes, they will also have them watch videos they want to see and submit their impressions.

メディアそのものとその産業的側面について、受講生自ら考え、メディアの社会的意義について理解を深める。

メディアとは何かをまず考えたうえで、メディアの社会的役割、個人とメディアの向き合い方・使い方、メディア産業の全体像、各メディアの現状、戦争とメディア、インターネットと既存メディアとの相違など個別のテーマについて考え理解を深めていきたい。メディアで働く方をゲストスピーカーとしてお呼びし授業を行うとともに、見ておいてほしい映像作品を見てもらい感想を提出してもらう。
