【Course Objectives】

Through the experience of being in a foreign nation, students learn about different lifestyles/cultures and the societal problems faced by that country. Also, they cultivate improved communication skills within a cross-cultural society through interaction, conversation and cooperation with the people of that country.

【Course Contents】

This year’s program will cover ‘The culture, history and environmental issue of Mongolian nomadism’. Lessons will consist of, preparatory training linked to overseas practical work, overseas practical work (eight days), and follow-up training to organize things learned during the practical work, after returning to Japan. Furthermore, despite this course being a registered fall semester module, student selection will occur in the spring semester (Application Period: April 25 -April 27). After that, preparatory training will be carried out in the spring semester, with overseas practical work during the summer vacation and follow-up training taking place in the fall semester.
