【Course Objectives】

This course will build upon College Life Planning A. This course will focus on the study abroad experience, focusing on what could occur during and after it. This course will connect the 4-year curriculum of the College of Intercultural Communication to volunteering, internships, and other experiential learning activities. In addition, this course will direct each student to find the connection between studying at the College of Intercultural Communication and future goals.

【Course Contents】

This course will cover the learning goals and experiences offered to College of Intercultural Communication (CIC) students. In addition, the course will cover the implications of the study abroad 「海外留学研修/Overseas Study Program」 courses and how to maximize that experience for yourself through self-reflection exercises and goal setting. Furthermore, the course will ask you to address how you can apply your studies and experiences to the betterment of society. To accomplish these tasks, you will be asked to participate actively in discussions, presentations, classroom activities, and self-reflection writing assignments and to document your work and progress in a portfolio.
