【Course Objectives】

The course is designed for students to learn some major features of group and organizational phenomena from the perspectives of communication and cultural diversity. For that purpose, the students will learn key concepts and theories regarding group and organizational communication in order to analyze actual instances of group and organizational communication.

【Course Contents】

The course will cover relevant concepts and theories of group and organizational communication as well as a wide range of topics such as leadership and corporate social responsibilities.
The course will provide students with many opportunities to discuss and collaboratively analyze cases of communicative and cultural issues observed in groups and organizations.
