The objective of this course is to understand the meaning and content of the provisions established by Japanese Constitutional Law which guarantees rights while considering fundamental constitutional precedents.
The lectures will start from an explanation of individual rights and proceed with the lecture on general human rights and other abstract arguments once an understanding has been achieved. Moreover, a textbook will not be used during this academic year, and instead the classes will be conducted according to an outline uploaded in advance to Blackboard.

日本国憲法が定める権利保障規定の意味と内容について、基本的な憲法判例に留意しつつ、理解することを目標とする。
The objective of this course is to understand the meaning and content of the provisions established by Japanese Constitutional Law which guarantees rights while considering fundamental constitutional precedents.
講義では、個別的権利の解説から始め、人権総論などの抽象的な論点については、理解が進んでから講義する。また、本年度はテキストは用いず、毎回、事前にBlackboardにアップしたレジュメに沿って授業を行う。
