The aim of this course is to help students to understand the concepts of family law and inheritance law
This course deals with the concepts and principles of family law and inheritance law. In these areas, there are a lot of contemporary problems such as increased divorce, protection of children in case of divorce, increase in couples outside marriage, rights of LGBT, development of medically assisted procreation.
This course deals with not only basic knowledge of these areas but also contemporary problems.

親族法・相続法の考え方を理解することを目標とします。
The aim of this course is to help students to understand the concepts of family law and inheritance law
親族法および相続法について専門的な講義を行います。これらの分野においては、さまざまな現代的課題がある。例えば、増加する離婚とその場合の子の保護、非婚姻カップルの増加、性的少数者の権利、生殖補助医療の発展などである。このような状況において、法の基礎的な考え方を理解した上で、現代的な問題についても検討を深めたい。
